Leap of Faith Equestrian offers multiple options to suit you and your horse's needs. Our program offers full training, which includes:

• 5 training days or owner lessons (interchangeable)

• 5 days of turnout (Saturdays are available at an extra cost)

• Grooming each day

• Blanketing 6 days a week during cold weather

• One-per-day grain feeding tailored to your horse's needs. Grain is fed Monday-Saturday

• Daily medication if needed

• Injury Care & Rehab

• Eyes on your horse 6 days a week by an LOF employee, and many other services.

 

Full training is geared towards the full care of your horse if you are out of town, unable to make it to the barn every day, or just want to be an owner and have someone else care for and show your horse. Our Training programs are individually tailored to the needs of both horse and rider.

Full training starts at $860/Month

Grain is charged monthly by weight, depending on the amount your horse receives.

Payment is due on the first of each month; a credit card on file is required for all new clients.

Please be aware that training costs are in addition to your monthly board costs that are paid to Arriba Vista.

LOF operates out of the beautiful Arriba Vista Ranch located in Sunol, CA. The facility boasts 5 arenas, 3 of which have lights. 80' x 200' indoor arena with lights, small indoor arena great for lunging, 84' x 120' outdoor jump arena with lights, 60' x 180' outdoor dressage court, 110' round pen with deep footing, & a small round pen for lunging. There are 6 pipe turnout areas for your horse to enjoy each day. With over 220 acres of property, there are plenty of trail-riding options. Arriba Vista has multiple stall options, including 12 x 12 box stalls with windows starting at $945/month and 12 x 16 stalls starting at $900/month. There is an option for a full-time pasture subject to availability. Your monthly board includes daily stall cleaning with shavings added, a personal tack box, 2 flakes of alfalfa fed twice per day with an option for lunch, unlimited use of the facilities, and full-time, live-in staff.

• Trailering: $200 base fee, subject to additional charges depending on distance

• Training ride (pay per ride for non-client horses): $85

• Finder's fee/assisting with purchase or lease: 10% (final purchase/lease price)
